Smadar brings to IsraelWise 20 years of international, multi-disciplined experience. Prior to joining ISRAELWISE, Smadar served as CEO of Nextage Escrow Services Ltd., a financial and escrow service company, COO of Mobilitec Inc., a developer of value added platforms for cellular providers, President and CEO of Invibro Technologies Ltd., a developer of software applications for multimedia and virtual reality accessories, and in senior positions at Breezecom Ltd. (now Alvarion) and Rad Network Devices Ltd.  Smadar served as a director at Memcall Inc. and Director Nominated by the Public at Robo Group TEK Ltd. and advised numerous companies. Smadar earned her B.A. in Political Science and LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.

David P. Schwartz, M&A Advisor

David is an experienced entrepreneur, financial manager, and angel investor. He most recently co-founded TripCart Ltd., and internet travel planning web site. Prior to TripCart, David was the senior investment manager at Delta Ventures. Before that, he served as Director of Business Development at ECI Telecom Ltd., where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. Prior to joining ECI, he was the Eastern Seaboard Representative of the BIRD ( Bi-National Industrial Research and Development ) Foundation based in New York. He is also a board member of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Columbia University and has an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
